Description
The Omega series 5 is a Reverse osmosis unit.
Reverse Osmosis is the finest filtration available today. It is effective in eliminating or substantially reducing a very wide array of contaminants, and of all technologies used to treat drinking water in residential applications, it has the greatest range of contaminant removal. Reverse osmosis will allow the removal of particles as small as individual ions. The pores in a reverse osmosis membrane have a range up to approximately 0.0001 micron in size (bacteria are 0.2 to 1 micron & viruses are 0.02 to 0.4 microns).
It works on the principle that the water molecule is smaller than most impurities such as solvents, minerals, bacteria and other solids.
The intake liquid is passed through a series of filters until the final stage where the filter is so fine that only pure H2O molecules under great pressure pass through to be collected and stored in a container for consumption.
This units’ final stage also has our quality Alkaline filter which boosts the Ph value of the water up to 9.5 by adding minerals such as ionised Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, and Potassium ion.

Ready for cleaner water?
Yes. Our reverse osmosis systems are designed to reduce fluoride from drinking water.
Our Water Filter Performance Guide lists sodium fluoride with an estimated rejection rate of 98%. Actual results may vary depending on your water quality and conditions.
Yes. Our systems include carbon filtration stages designed to reduce chlorine taste and odour from your drinking water. You can also view our Water Filter Performance Guide for estimated membrane rejection rates across a wide range of water impurities.
Yes. Reverse osmosis filtration is designed to reduce aluminium compounds from drinking water. Our Water Filter Performance Guide lists aluminium nitrate and aluminium sulfate with estimated rejection rates of 86% and 89%. Actual results may vary depending on water quality and conditions.
You pay after the job is complete. Once your system has been installed and everything is finished, payment can be made.
Yes. To keep your system performing properly, we recommend replacing the filters once a year. We’ll also remind you when your annual filter replacement is due.
Yes. The drinking water tap is separate from your normal kitchen tap. Your regular tap still works as usual, while filtered drinking water comes through its own dedicated tap.
No. The system does not affect your normal household tap water pressure. However, our products require your property to have sufficient and compliant incoming water pressure to operate correctly.
We recommend replacing the filters every 12 months. Regular filter replacement helps maintain water quality, taste and system performance. We will provide you the appropriate maintenance schedule following the installation of your water filtration system.
